Developmental Learning Center
About
Next Generation DLC opened in October of 2016, and is a licensed type B at home childcare center. We are founded on the belief that all children are a blessing and gift from God. Our interactions with the children reflect this belief. Children are encouraged to grow and learn at their own pace. Childhood is a unique period of innocence and we strive to preserve the innate curiosity and love of learning through both free play and structured delight based learning activities.
Hours of operation:
Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Fees: $200 per week
Vouchers are welcomed.
About the Owner:
Sheri Miller has a B.A in Montessori Education from Xavier University, specializing in ages 3-6 years. Teaching has been her passion for 18 years. She beautifully balances the structured learning approaches of the Montessori philosophy with play and delight based learning. Introducing children to the love of God, and the wonder of His creation is a focus in her daily activities. She is a loving wife, and homeschooling mother of three amazing children. Nature study, gardening, hand crafts and calligraphy are what you will likely find her engaging in when not with children.
